QUALITY MANAGEMENT – TESTING AS A SERVICE

Would you like to outsource software testing and quality assurance measures? We can assume responsibility for the overall project in terms of software quality assurance and help you with individual test activities. Our integration experts are the perfect addition for your team.

Our staff in our in-house centre of excellence for software tests knows: every development project is different. Our team of ISTQB®-certified testers works together with all stakeholders in close dialogue to gain an overview of the project’s technical content. Our comprehensive approach to testing allows us to get closer to solutions for your challenges. On the one hand, it is important for us to optimally integrate the added value of testing into the respective project and, on the other hand, to minimise the development team’s quality assurance work. It would be our pleasure to guide your development team through quality assurance and test automation coaching or to provide tailored training courses.

Integrated quality management and clean code are essential, and automated software tests with the appropriate test framework are very useful in most projects. When it comes to mergers and migrations, in particular, it is very important to fully integrate testers into the project team to prevent the loss of data.

SYSTEM RESPONSIBILITY FOR BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE, AI AND DATA SCIENCE

Some of our customers have already placed overall responsibility of their data warehouse in the capable hands of viadee. In each case, a viadee team of around four to eight consultants oversees day-to-day operations as well as continued technical development. We flexibly adjust our team to your requirements.

Innovative data science projects are often difficult to assess in advance. Even if we mutually assess the chances of a project succeeding as very good, some of our customers aren’t able to start a project because of the project risks standing in the way. We can take on some of the project risk for you, so that you can get started immediately: smaller projects such as customer segmentation are charged at a fixed rate, whereas larger projects are based on risk pooling (e.g. for the partial automation of insurance processes). Viadee bears the cost of investment and in return receives parts of the savings or parts of the additional revenues that are generated with it. Letting our experienced team implement one or more proof-of-concept experiments so that targeted investments can be made and structures can be established where worthwhile is also a good cooperation model for innovative applications.

As a customer, you’ll be provided with a team leader who will serve as your contact person and take care of project management, staff resource planning, knowledge building, etc. The viadee team then takes on all tasks from requirements management through development and quality assurance to deployment, while fully integrating itself into your technology landscape, regulations and processes.
